What I am, what I am not
So who is this guy, you might ask yourself. Well, I don't want to be another website without a face, so I will be a website with a 1/2 of a face. (see picture to the right) If you have come to get the straight skinny on who I am, what I do, what constituted my belief system, world view, etc., you have come to the right place.

NOT A SCIENTIST
Not in the truest most literal sense of the word. In fact, I am more of a compiler of findings. Working on a documentary of sorts. Putting together the less oft cited facts and findings, which have either been dismissed by orthodox science as "enigmas" or "mysteries", but which still constitute data. For example, the fossil record is often referred to as "spotty" or "incomplete" or "imperfect" by evolutionists. However as noted Author Stephen Gould points out, it IS nevertheless the record. It is not faulty. It is data. It is only "faulty" when it fails to show us what we WANT to see.

GRAPHIC ARTIST
I am a designer by trade. As such, I have a personal perspective on design and designed objects. It is, for example, impossible for me to look around, survey this amazing universe with all of it's incredible order and beauty, and accept that it was brought about by a "bang" and a rather long process of happy accidents -- without the involvement of an intelligent designer. Perhaps I hold this view particularly strongly because designing is what I do. I understand that great things don't happen by accident. Shaking a bag full of clock parts will never produce a fully functioning clock. Not in 1 year or 300 million.

FAMILY MAN
I have a wife and 2 beautiful children. I love them and I love spending time with them. I thank the one true living God for this gracious gift.

WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe in the sanctity of scripture, the sovereignty of God, in Jesus Christ as savior, a young earth, a worldwide cataclysmic flood, that men walked with dinosaurs, that there was a "first time" before the flood, as described in the Bible, when the world was unspoiled by disease and famine, and creatures that now prey upon eachother, fed on vegitation and lived in harmony, that there is good and there is evil, that evolution is false teaching by blinded eyes, that Christians should better understand science, learn about biology, astronomy, paleontology, etc., and not leave the "interpretation" of this data to secular minds who rule out the possibility of God. I believe that Christians do not need to run from facts, but should instead collect them, and use them to counter false teaching. I believe that the created world, is itself evidence of a supreme, intelligent, artistic, and creative being. I further believe, that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is King.
